Tolerance is a two way street.

This is a really interesting piece of work, good job!! I am a Student from Australia, from Dutch decent and have spent a large proportion of time there. I also have a degree in social science so I love your focus on the social assimilation of this topic rather than just the video.

Although I wouldn't say that the film "To the netherlands" would be purely for educational purposes. There may be a little truth to the accusations. When I was there in 2004, there were large regions of the country that my family called "little Turkey" from the previous influx of Turkish migrants. These Dutch citizens didnt really assimilate in to Dutch culture and many of which, in particular the women, didnt speak Dutch - nor did they attempt to after many years.

It appears that Dutch immigration has learnt its' lesson and wants to deter from this happening again. Whether it be purely a warning, or a tactic to discourage migrants it sure would be a good film to watch (what with topless women and all).

And I would presume it may be a combination of both, you know the saying - once bitten twice shy and all that.
