This issue also comes up in Canada; recently there was a controversy about a group of Muslim people that wanted to practice Sharia (Islamic holy law) in Canada. I believe this was struck down.

At the heart of it is how much of your original culture can be kept? This is often one of those unsolvable questions, and arguably there is no objective solution that will satisfy everyone.

I do think the Dutch should include that for all people, however...we've definitely got people over here that really just have superficial theological differences from, say, the Taliban.
